Karen Diaz – Chief Learning Officer
Karen Diaz, M.Ed. (McGill University) is the president of CKG Training & Consulting. With more than twenty-five years of experience as an organizational development expert, management consultant and trainer. Karen has hands-on experience in enabling organizations to achieve extraordinary results. A highly talented facilitator, Karen collaborates with clients to create a positive environment of organizational learning and development to move companies from where they are now to where they want to be. Her participatory approach ensures that companies have the power to work together to turn a shared vision into a tangible reality, one that is sustainable and lasting.
Through CKG Training & Consulting, Karen has undertaken a wide variety of training and consulting contracts for the Canadian public service, aboriginal communities, the private sector and NGOs to help them achieve significant change and heightened performance. Internationally, she has worked on a diverse range of projects with teams around the world, including Central America, India, the Russia Federation, Romania, Africa and the Caribbean. Karen is an accredited Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) facilitator.
Anne Pertus – Associate
Anne Pertus is an expert at strategically matching the right people to the right job, and ensuring their professional success. A fluently bilingual, certified trainer and experienced coach, she also helps managers and teams open up the lines of communication, improving productivity. By supporting management and staff in building on their strengths, Anne leverages your talent’s potential. She assists with the strategic planning process and facilitates action-oriented implementation workshops to ensure the success of your strategic goals. Anne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, concentration in marketing from Bishop's University.
Normand St. Vincent – Associate
Normand St. Vincent is a fluently bilingual Management Development consultant dedicated to building and delivering customer-driven, organizationally-focused business solutions in the areas of Leadership Training and Development, Change Management and Quality Improvement. He has more than twenty years of experience as facilitator, trainer and consultant – working within large international companies and as a Training and Development Consultant. He has gained invaluable management experience as a senior HR and Training Specialist and has worked in North America, Europe and Asia.
Margot Uson – Associate
Margot Uson is a senior Human Resources consultant with a broad base of experience in local and international Human Resource Management. Her twenty years of experience in business merger and consolidation situations has honed her consulting, management and professional skills. Margot specializes in identifying, creating and implementing human resource systems, programs and policies targeted to attract, motivate and retain organizational talent.
Wynette Harewood – Associate
Wynette has designed, planned and implemented numerous training programs for staff at each organizational level in areas of supervisory skills, human resource management, and organisational change management. Her private sector managerial experience has been in the financial services and telecommunications sectors and has covered all aspects of human resource management, including manpower planning, recruitment, and human resource development, occupational psychometric testing . She is certified in the MBTI and Emotional Intelligence. Wynette works with clients in the private and public sectors and is based in Trinidad and Tobago W.I.
